Senior: My experience at McCrory High School has been a good experience overall. McCrory has been a great place to grow up and go to school at. Sports, academics, and clubs and activities have all shown significant improvement since I've started high school. The only problem I have is I feel the school doesn't prepare you enough for the workforce or college while you're in school. By saying that I mean a lot of other schools( and some of them being local and not much bigger than us) have work programs where seniors can work part of the school day and learn a trade. Also, they allow seniors to take college classes at local community colleges part of the school day so they can get an early start on college credits. Doing this helps to prepare students for when they get out school, and can give them ideas about what they want to do after they graduate. It would also attract more students to our school if McCrory did this. In the end it would benefit both the school and the students.

Senior: The teachers really care about each student. Since the district is so small, you have an amazing student/teacher ratio. There is always a teacher willing to help and the administration does their best to show students they care.
