Junior: Wayne School of Engineering (WSE) is a great school and offers pretty excellent courses. It partners with the community college to provide students with an opportunity to get their associates degree, and has many fun teachers and class on campus. WSE also has a very laid back environment, with project and team based learning to help not only better of education, but our social skills as well. Extracurriculars and Scholastic clubs are plentiful throughout the school grounds. Senior: The community around Rosewood is normally described as "tight-knit" or "like a family". While I'm not extraordinarily close with anyone in this community, I will say that being in Rosewood is like being at a family cookout, you know everyone and everyone knows you. I could even go to our local Walmart and point out five people I know. Rosewood High School is also really good at developing their students into hard-working individuals. In a lot of cases, if someone from Rosewood doesn't choose the college route, you can find them running a successful local business or close to developing a new brand. Parent: WCS had been a great experience for our son. The culture, safety and atmospheric at the school is excellent. The courses are challenging with a heavy workload. Middle School Student: The school overall is not that bad. The teachers were great and the school counselor is great. The teachers actually care about our grades and future. I'm attending WEMCHS next year and they have faith in me that I would do well at that high school. Without my current teachers at RMS I wouldn't be smart as I am today. But there were a couple teachers who were not that great. But you will always have a bad teacher. Some of the teachers let us use our phones which is nice. The food is not that great. But you can always bring your lunch. There are not really any clubs except the beta club but it's not that special . The Music and arts department is great the band director is awesome and the chorus teacher. I was in band and it was great. The safety is descent enough. Our sports teams are really skilled at what they do. But some of the kids on the sport teams are jerks. The diversity is a little bit good. I have great friends at RMS.... Read 1 review

Alum: I graduated in 2016 from Eastern Wayne High school. My grandfather was an alum of the first graduating class here and my mom also graduated from EWHS. I was proud to have went to Eastern Wayne because it was known as one of the best schools in the district. But sadly, the resources for certain AP classes, or even honors weren't available but we could request to take an online class. Which not everyone knew about. So, if you ask your guidance counselor for certain opportunities and they like you, you can reach them and go farther. A lot of resources were only available to a handful of students, or if you knew how to get them yourself and advocate to get it. Senior: Spring Creek is a great school! We are situated in a small little town called Seven Springs that has seen a lot of damage and change over the years due to all the recent hurricanes. However, because of this it has only made our community and students closer. Also, despite our smaller population we are still a force to be reckoned with in several sports including basketball, soccer (girls and boys teams) and baseball! Our school does seem to have a focus on agricultural due to where we are located, so if there was one change I would make to our school it would be to add more technology or trade based classes and more diverse clubs.... Alum: Southern Wayne High School was a high school that was extremely diverse. It was made up of about 5 different middle schools who all collectively went to Southern Wayne. This meant new people and new friends. Each schools brought its own personalities which then molded into one big family. This was by far my favorite part. The only thing I would change is the atmosphere. The buildings are extremely old which meant there were some mild issues regarding temperature control and it sometimes caused people's allergies to flare up because there was some mold. But my overall experience was amazing and I was sad to go. Due to Covid-19, I missed some of the big moments in that school. I may be a graduate but it'll always be home. Go Saints!...
