Selinsgrove Area High School
- Selinsgrove Area School District, PA
- Rating 3.79 out of 5 190 reviews
Junior: After two years at this school, I can pretty much rate Selinsgrove as one of the best high schools in the area. Yes, it has its faults- the transition over to distance learning last year was messy and confusing and there was a lack of support for students.
Otherwise, my experience here was overall a positive one. There aren't a lot of activities available- although it is a very small school. But there are opportunities to form your own club and to make a difference in the pre-existing ones. There isn't a lot of diversity in the school and it's largely very conservative christian, but I get along well with most of my peers despite our differences. In my experience, the administration is adept and the teachers are very good.
Very sports-centered but that doesn't really affect most people. Clean building, nice environment, and good students (for the most part). It's a public high school, don't set your expectations high.

Midd-West High School
- Midd-West School District, PA
- Rating 3.58 out of 5 120 reviews
Senior: Located in a rural area, Midd-West High School is a great institution to attend. A majority of the students are heavily involved with the various clubs and activities that are offered here. For being a small school, many of the teachers are overly qualified. One teacher previously worked for NASA and another previously worked in the Pentagon. The school lacks diversity, which causes some minor issues, but this truly is a good environment to be in. The administration consistently looks out for its students and wants to ensure their growth. With a variety of AP courses, opportunities for seniors, and higher level courses, Midd-West ensures that its students are well equipped for college. No school is perfect, but Midd-West High School gives its students a quality education.

- Rating 5 out of 5 1 review
Senior: I have been attending Penn View Christian Academy from Pre-K to 12th grade. Penn View has a great Christian environment and gives you the opportunity to make great friends. The principal and teachers are very caring and helpful, and Penn View uses a very good Bible-based curriculum.
