Alum: I absolutely loved the staff! Our teachers were very involved in our lives and continue to stay involved as we move into college. They have prepared us well and hope to see us do well. They could change the points that they are focusing on to more important things and also deal with the teachers that are causing problems instead of just ignoring the situation overall, but overall an amazing school I’m glad to have attended it.

Senior: Liberal Senior High was a very good high school experience. My sophomore year we switched from a normal schedule to a more complex one known as redesign. Our district was one of the schools chosen to do reconstruct our schedule out of many that applied. To give a short explanation of how it is now , I would compare it a lot to college. We have 23 mods in a day, a mod is 15 minutes and your class could vary from 2-4 mods a time. Therefore you will not have class every hour of the day, during our off time we have PLT (personalized learning time) where we could work on our homework or get help if needed in that desired subject. With this schedule it allowed students to work at their pace, not move around like zombies with 8 class switching every hour or so, mature, and learn time management. I have really enjoyed the new schedule and how it fits each student to their needs.
