Senior: My experience here at Mission has been amazing! I went to the public middle school here in SLO and so when I came in Freshman year, I was a little nervous. All of these fears were quickly eliminated as I got into the school year and met my best friends for the next 4 years and beyond. The people are what make it so special. From the teachers to the administrators to the coaches, every adult seems to care for you and your success and you can tell how this goes down the line and affects the whole community! Senior: Going here has been such an awesome experience! I love being a part of the small student body and “bronco family”. I've greatly enjoyed the teachers and curriculum here and the WIDE range of opportunities. Something you think would be scare at a smaller school...however CUHS offers positions in several clubs: Earth Club, Welding Club, Ski and Snowboard Club, Kindness Club, Interact Club, California Scholarship Federation, Cyber Patriot Team, an awesome FFA Club, and so much more! Also, I have been a prominent leader on campus by being involved in Associated Student Body which has been aa experience full of opportunity and growth. Finally, the amount of support from the surrounding community - Cambria - is truly astonishing. Over $100,000 in scholarships are offered to small graduating classes (mine being 39). Allowing kids to get financial aid for college. I feel that Coast Union has fully prepared and equipped me for the rest of my life and I couldn't be more appreciative of that.... Read 20 reviews

Works Here: I wish that CCNTH had existed when I was a high school student... The students and staff create an amazing sense of community and support that allows the authentic engagement of Project-Based Learning (PBL) to take place. I have never experienced another college prep environment that managed to foster the same level of connectedness while still challenging students with the academic rigor of real world work... And all without the price tag of a private school! I'm so proud to have been a part of this incredible school for the last decade and I look forward to experiencing the next decade even more.... Senior: Arroyo Grande High School is a great school! They offer amazing athletics from STUNT, the new female sport, to an amazing football team. They also offer many career pathways for students such as, Culinary Arts or Intro to Med. They offer lots of AP programs as well and get you well prepared for college. They have amazing counselors that are ready to help you right away. I love that they also have a career center at your finger tips. It allows students getting ready to graduate or who even may want to start looking into which colleges best fit their needs. Alum: Paso Robles High School is truly amazing. The staff/teachers are incredibly supportive and understanding people. If it weren't for the supportive teachers I had I know for a face I wouldn't have made to college. So I thank Paso Robles teachers for the support they give their students. When the program The Field Studies Collaborative was created it gave many opportunities for the students. If it weren't for the program I wouldn't be studying Environmental Science Management at Humboldt State University. I found my passion for nature through the program. The school just keeps on growing with new programs to benefit the students. Students have become more involved in clubs and sports. The school is very school sprit and loves Friday's football game everyone gets together and has a great time. Overall, Paso Robles High School is a 10/10. Junior: It is a very laid-back school. The academics are typically not very rigorous, but the teachers are very nice. The buildings have just been re-constructed, and they are very nice. The students are, mostly, very kind and accepting to all types of people. They appreciate many different cultures. It is a pretty safe campus. There is not very much school spirit, unfortunately.
