Senior: I transferred to Monroe Central my junior year and I honestly wish I would've transferred earlier. Monroe Central is a small school, but it is a like a family. Everyone is like family, we all support eachother with the community and education. The teachers are outstanding, they care so much and are willing to do anything to help the students. I am very comfortable at Monroe Central, I feel very safe. Monroe Central is a very welcoming and postitive environment, and I believe that any "type" of person would fit in!

Senior: I love the school spirit the student body had. We have had tough years with sports but that has never stopped the support of not only the students but the parents and faculty.

Alum: Some teachers seem to have the motive of making friends with students rather than giving a fair chance of learning to all. Certain students are allotted privileges and get a leg up on others in terms of class scheduling opportunities and involvement in beneficial extracurricular and community activities. However, Winchester does offer several college credit courses and has rich arts programs. Though the school corporation as a whole may place a little too much emphasis on athletics as opposed to academics, the school spirit sports bring is positive and does bring the student body together.

Senior: I really liked how close the community came together during sporting events or any major events that was happening around us. My high school seemed to really bring us together as we raised money for families who lost their children in tragedies, supported the basketball team when they made it to state, and help provide food in the cafeteria after school for those in need. One thing I believe we could really work on is spending more money upgrading academic utensils because a lot of budget planning goes to the sports section of our school.

Alum: I started my schooling at Randolph Southern Elementary. I went there until my Freshman Year and had to move away with my family. My senior year I was able to go back to Randolph Southern High School by commuting. I chose to go back to Randolph Southern High School because it is a small school with small classrooms. My graduating class of 2017 had 32 kids in it. With smaller classes, you get more one on one time with the teachers. The teachers are more supportive and willing to help you if you are struggling.
