Senior: What I like about the River Falls High School is our school spirit. We have incredible support for our many sports, musicals, band, and choir. Many people show up to watch games, performances, and concerts. Our students travel hours just to cheer us on. Our college readiness is also a strength in our school. We offer multiple AP classes, dual credit with UW- River Falls and Chippewa Valley Technical College, and even have a specific faculty member solely for helping us with college. If there was anything I could change about our high school, it would be the diversity. Although we are slowly adding more diversity every year, we still aren’t as varied as most schools.

Senior: Elmwood High School is a very welcoming school! They do everything they can do to make you successful. They are very open to listening to your thoughts and needs. They have a great staff that works very well with each other to make their students successful. I have really enjoyed my time at this school, and I'm sure I will enjoy my last couple months.

Alum: I loved so many of my teachers because they really wanted to help us succeed and knew how hard it can be in high school with everything going on. And not only did they care about how their students were doing academically but also how we were doing emotionally and physically. I will never forget some of my teachers, but on the other hand, the school definitely had its flaws. For instance, in the last couple of years that I attended, there were numerous tenured teachers who were leaving who left holes in important departments. These positions were filled by new teachers. Of course, everyone has to complete their first year of teaching somewhere, but I think I personally struggled because of it. I hope that they can gain some experience and provide a quality experience for the students who are coming up.

Senior: Spring Valley High School is overall a pretty good school. There are some great teachers and staff members, and dome not so good ones too. Overall I’ve learned a lot at that school and have had a great time doing it. The food is terrible though.

Prescott High School
#5 Best Public High Schools in Pierce County

Senior: Prescott is a very engaging and friendly city with a very involved school system. I really enjoy the small school atmosphere, where connections with teachers are very easy to make and keep strong all through high school. I also admire the school spirit expressed by students, staff, and community. Sports a very important and sought after in Prescott, with a great community to support all activities. I also appreciate the wide array of classes provided both in-class and online opportunities. There are also many options to receive high school and college credit while attending Prescott High School. The school its self is not very diverse, but the students in the school are kind and accepting.

Alum: I had an amazing experience at Plum City High School. It is a tiny school that does the most it possibly can with it's limited opportunities. I recently graduated, and the vast majority of everyone I have dealt with at the school enjoyed it, and had a positive learning experience.
