Santo High School
- Santo Independent School District, TX
Alum: The school itself wasn't bad, but the student environment wasn't very friendly and it was hard to be involved. I also don't feel like I was as prepared for college as I could have been. I would like to see more activities besides traditional sports, as well as a movement towards students treating each other better!

St. Stephen's Episcopal School
- Private School
- Austin, TX
Alum: I loved my time at St. Stephen's. The teachers are exceptional and the lack of AP classes means that they don't just teach to the exams but what is most interesting to them -- which usually translates into much more interesting class time! I felt like I was more prepared than most of my college peers (at an elite school nonetheless!) -- my writing was better, I was better at time-management. The only thing I would change is that at the time the student body was not especially active in clubs/non-sport activities, however I think this is slowly changing.

High School Senior: My school is a good school. I love my class and have grown up with majority of them my whole life! My school is a very, very small school, which is a downfall. I have 7 people in my senior class! Another downfall about my school is it doesn't have very many extra classes. I just wish my school had more classes like other schools, such as Art, Home Economics, Drama, Etc. Other than those few things, my school is a very good school and I wouldn't have wanted to grow up in a better school than Strawn I.S.D.!

Mineral Wells High School
- Mineral Wells Independent School District, TX
Alum: Mineral Wells High School had so many caring teachers that really challenged their students. There was no such thing as an "easy A." Students really had to work for their grade. However, the English department was weak and didn't teach students the skills they need for college. The only other downfall for Mineral Wells is that they were focused more on their sports program than their academics program. This is coming from an athlete, too. Of course, the cafeteria food could use some work as well. That's at any school, though. On the brighter side, there are several levels of classes to take, like pre-AP, AP, and college level. There are also multiple career based classes and extracurricular activities to be apart of. Overall, the staff, administration, and activities offered at Mineral Wells High School make it well worth attending.

Senior: I have gone to Gordon School ever since my Pre-K year of school and I am now a Senior in high school at Gordon. I have always enjoyed going to school in Gordon. However, I do wish we had more educational opportunities. We do not have very many class choices here. Every year they make have the same classes as the rest of the class. For example; everyone has to take ag instead of a Spanish class. One of the great things about Gordon is the small class sizes. I have had the same people in all of my classes ever since 5th grade. We have had a few people come and go.

Graford High School
- Graford Independent School District, TX
Senior: Graford High School has taught me various lessons & equipped me with "tools" I can use in life. The education at Graford is easy to comprehend due to the educators & their vast knowledge about their subject. Each teacher is passionate about their class & does an exceptional job at making the subject interesting. However, their skills don't stop there. During my time here, I have learned extremely important life lessons from each one. For example, I've learned patience & how to respect someone. This school has given me the opportunity to meet many types of personalities and respect each one. This school is filled with unique people & it shows the various types of personalities that are in the world. Most importantly, I've learned how to respect people when I don't agree with them. I've learned not to disregard someone just because I'm not the same as them. Overall, Graford High School has been such a life-impacting school & there is nothing I would change about it!
