Alum: Fremont High School is an excellent place to go to school. There's no way to get lost in the hallways - because it's literally two long hallways! There's tons of clubs and activities for students. Fremont also has a woodshop program that many of the schools around it don't have - and the classes are really fun!
The teachers there are very good at engaging with the students and making sure they understand the material that's being taught to them.
Also no matter how well they do in a sport - Fremont High School students have tons of school spirit. The students put more emphasis on cheering on and supporting the teams rather than booing the other schools. Spirit weeks are always participated in vastly, and every Friday is Red and White day, the school colors!

Senior: Newaygo has been my home throughout my school career. I grew up in this community and I've been going to school with my peers from kindergarten to senior year. I only have one word to describe Newaygo High School: home. No matter who you are or what you believe in, you can find your own individual group of people and make a family. Newaygo is an excellent place for that. They do, however, lack in some areas. Their class variety plain out sucks. They don't put enough funding into the science classes and there aren't enough to choose from. The food is, usually, disappointing. They're lacking in clubs or other activities.

Alum: I loved getting to meet new people every year. We are a small town surrounded by muck fields and during the beginning of the school year we have immigrants that come and go some that come back every year and some that dont. Summer time supplies jobs and once winter is almost there they leave but you build great friendships. There is less bullying in our school than any other school in our district.

Junior: Our school is a relatively small school. The graduating class is lower than 100 and we did not have a lot of money for new equipment. We recently received a grant that let us upgrade the whole school. We got new technology, learning tools, tables, chairs, and even new forms of food. Throughout my highschool education, I have been able to meet great people along the way. My teachers care for their students and the people are generally friendly. We have never had that much bullying at our school which makes me think about just how nice that is. Everyone knows each other and it is almost like we are one big family.
