Joseph City High School
1 Best Public High Schools in Navajo County
- Joseph City Unified School District, AZ
Senior: I absolutely love going Joseph City High School. All of the teachers are extremely helpful. They always make time in their busy schedules to help their students. If anyone has any questions, they are willing to answer them as best as they can. The students there are exceptional. Everyone is nice and welcoming, no one ever feels out of place. The entire staff tries their best to help the students. If someone has a problem, the principal tries his best to fix it for them. I've been going to Joseph City High School since the seventh grade, and not once have I thought about ever going someplace else.

Blue Ridge High School
2 Best Public High Schools in Navajo County
- Blue Ridge Unified School District, AZ
Senior: There are a few things about Blue Ridge that I enjoyed; meeting people, exploring your options for your education, getting the help you need, and knowing that others have faith in you to succeed. One of them being able to be yourself around complete strangers and not being judged from where you come. You could make friends with foreign exchange students too, but devastating when they have to leave back. Knowing that the school staff is always right by your side whenever you need them, the teachers helping you to understand, counselors giving you options to find, and the principle giving you a positive feeling around campus.

Mogollon High School
3 Best Public High Schools in Navajo County
- Heber-Overgaard Unified School District, AZ
Alum: I loved attending Mogollon high school for the 3 years I was there. The small town environment promoted great friendships and lasting life lessons. The only thing I would change about it is better funding for extra-curricular activities and a few better teachers. Most of the teachers are wonderful and love what they do! Only a few of them seemed like an ill fit. Overall though, my experience was great!

Snowflake High School
4 Best Public High Schools in Navajo County
- Snowflake Unified School District, AZ
Senior: When I moved to the Snowflake/Taylor area, I was skeptical about a lot of things at first, especially with going to a new school. Lots of things happened during my first year at Snowflake High School that changed my life, but I learned a lot. I also came to appreciate the easiness that there was with the teachers, for they weren't harsh towards any of the students unless the students treated them unfairly. I've been trying to figure out how to effectively implement this tolerant style that these teachers seem to have into my life. Going to Snowflake has made me a much better person for reasons such as this, and I'm very grateful to have been able to learn what I have learned in both education and life from this school.

Show Low Junior High School
- Show Low Unified School District, AZ
High School Senior: I love that our school is like a little community because most everyone helps each other out and I would like to share an experience that happens a few weeks ago, one senior from our high school and was in a car accident and died over the weekend and when we came back to school on Monday you could see so many people that she affected and so our school got together and raised 5,000 for her family and we did a candle lighting seramony that night and you could feel the love of our community

Kirov Academy of Ballet

Works Here: I have been working at the Kirov Academy since 2017, and have found the staff & students friendly. The students are very talented, even performing for a week at the Kennedy Center in conjunction with a major company! The teaching staff, both academic and artistic are professional, run an excellent program that prepares the students well for both companies and university placement.

Parent: Norfolk Academy provided an extraordinary educational journey for my two children, fueling their curiosity and inspiring them to explore new avenues that they might not have discovered without the incredible teachers and coaches at this school. My oldest child, who came in sixth grade, now studies engineering at an Ivy League university; he particularly loved the robotics team, as well as soccer, swimming, and crew teams. My youngest child, who is a senior at NA, came in first grade, and she has developed a passion for medicine and health, largely through the school's Global Health Fellows program and the Medical Scholars program.
