Parent: I have a personal friend who happens to be a teacher. She on the weekends spent time filling backpacks for out buddy packs and also went out of her way to find a child in her class and new pair of shoes because the little feller needed and new pair. The entire staff is like this. Again we are lucky to be in a small community. Larger communities just don't have the time or don't care as much...Read 7 Reviews

Senior: Throughout my life in Marceline I was always one of the quieter students in my class. Marceline however is a smaller town, which makes everyone feel closer together in a way. Never once in my time attending Marceline High School have I felt left out or not cared by either my classmates or my teachers. Which helped me get through rough patches in my life. Many of the students are always extremely friendly and caring. It never once felt like the classes split off into their certain "clicks", it more so felt like we were one large team there to help each other through think and thin. Even though we still had our group of friends who we spent the most time with it truly felt like you were a piece in a much larger puzzle instead of being the loner. The teacher too never left you out of the equation. They all had their interesting personalities along with always taking the time to help students no matter what. I would say without a doubt that I am lucky for attending this school...Read 28 Reviews

Parent: This school has been such a wonderful place to send our daughter! Not only are the teachers kind and patient, they are also really knowledgable about best practices and new techniques for teaching their specific grade levels. ...The school also has an excellent focus on community service - and I can see it helping my daughter develop empathy. I feel great knowing that my daughter is getting an excellent education and she's learning how to be a good person. ...Lastly, I like how the school introduces a range of spiritual beliefs - we're not Episcopalian, and there's no pressure from the community to join that specific faith. It's wonderful knowing that my daughter is learning to be open-minded about a range of beliefs while the school fosters spiritual development...I really can't say enough great things about St. Paul's! It's been a great fit for our family.Read 8 Reviews

Junior: Such a welcoming environment for everyone. Supportive of all clubs and athletics. If something is wrong or unfair, the administration is readily available to hear about it and learn how to fix it. So much school pride...Read 21 Reviews

Senior: Meadville High has a great atmosphere. It is a small school but that allows for the teachers to get to know each student on a personal level. The teachers are all very helpful and are willing to work to help the students to understand. The school is just overall an excellent school, they provide great educational opportunities, and a friendly atmosphere that makes it easy for kids to learn in...Read 11 Reviews

Alum: As a child of international parents moved from school to school, I found Oneness-Family School to be a warm, caring community, where I could explore my passions and interests, engage with my peers on creative projects, learn at my own pace, and enjoy a range of activities, including art, music, yoga, camping, and especially musical theater!...At Oneness-Family School, social and emotional learning is taught alongside a challenging academic curriculum. I so much value the "soft skills" and values I learned there. Additionally, I felt heard, cared for and respected by all my teachers, and am still in touch with many today!...Read 16 Reviews

Parent: As the parent of two children in the lower school, I am extremely pleased with SSSAS. The Early Saints teachers make each day engaging for my 3-year-old. The monthly units the ES learn have prompted my son to apply what he’s learned to the world around him (the food unit they completed prompts a nightly discussion about which foods on his plate are muscle foods, brain foods, etc.). His teachers started a recent parent conference with 3 very specific adjectives to describe my son and given the examples they gave me, it is clear that really understand him as a whole child. ...My experiences with JK and K were also nothing short of fantastic; even during the pandemic the teachers were able to connect with my son. The K and 1st grade teachers have also provided my son a solid educational foundation; they have identified his strengths and given additional challenging work so that he hasn’t been bored. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly and appropriately addressed by his teachers...Read 132 Reviews
