Saint Stanislaus High School
- Private School
- Bay St. Louis, MS
Parent: My son is a boarding student at St Stanislaus since April, 2017. I am very happy to say that 5 out of 6 of my son's teachers are certified teachers in that subject. Only 1 teacher is a coach and a teacher credited in that subject. At his previous catholic high school, Rouen had many coaches as teachers.
Second, the school did a great job in working it his acedmic schedule since he was starting so late in the school year. Kudos to st Stan.
And lastly, I can not say enough good things of the positive, male role models my son is surrounded by daily. They communicate and discipline in an effective way for Rouen to learn and change his behavior in a positive environment. The prefects, director of residence, and administration have an open line of communication that is timely and positive.
I will absolutely refer St Stanislaus Catholic High School to any parent that has a son.

Senior: My experience at LCHS (Lawrence County High School) was great. I learned many of things dealing with school and not dealing with school. It is a great place to be and provides a family atmosphere. What I would like to see changed at LCHS is to have more classes or electives to choose from. For example, the school doesn't have an art class which is something a lot people would love to get into. Many people don't want to be limited to very few options in such a great place like LCHS. That is my experience, what I have learned, and what I think should be changed at Lawrence County High School.
