Alum: The school overall is really good. I feel like the school should also pay more attention to fine arts since their focus is primarily athletics. I was a part of both programs and loved the time and memories I created within them and the engaging teachers who helped students to graduate and succeed. I will say I wish the district let students voice out their opinions on certain regulations and hear their ideas on how to make FHS a better school. Once a jackrabbit, always a jackrabbit!

Sophomore: I have been there since I was in kindergarten and it has been my second home! While my life is constantly changing and evolving, the school will always be a forever home. Everyone at that school has always looked at me like I am there son or daughter and made me feels special. The school has made a great impact on me and my fellow students.

Junior: The teaching staff is very attentive and eccentric when it comes to educating students. The teachers are understanding of students learning and financial situations. All of my teachers made sure my classmates and I understood confusing concepts and the teachers answered all the questions I had when it came to hard concepts. The mandatory school uniforms were a blessing because I didn't have to plan my outfits, they were cheap, they were easily accessible, and everyone wore the same thing so no one can be bullied for their outfit. The school was clean and always smelled like lemons and the teaching staff made sure to talk to students each day and enforce the rules to keep everything in order.

Alum: I went to Scurry - Rosser middle school back in 2010-2014, and they were probably the best years of my life. My group of friends felt like we were on top of the world, especially on top of the school crowd. The athletic program was much better in the junior high than high school, simply because people had the young fire to win and wasn't used to life and the athletic system just yet. Highly recommend to bring your kids to this humble country school.

Alum: I loved going to school here for 4 years. Loved every moment of it, the teachers are great, the programs, the environment. Everything. Great place to enroll kids for school. I'm a kaufman graduate and I'm excited to get my kids enrolled when the time comes!
