We believe it is the best educational option in Williamsburg for our children, where each child is is encouraged to develop virtues and thinking rightly by learning the enduring truths of the world and humanity through a classical and Christ-centered education. It is such a treat to hear their conversations mature along with their logical thinking. We love the balance of the arts and music curriculum, Latin, and the opportunity to participate in school team sports. The teachers' love for educating students is evident, which develops a bond of trust. Alum: I enjoyed my 4 years at Jamestown! I was involved in a lot of extracurriculars the entire time I was there. The arts program was very inclusive and was a great opportunity for me to learn more about music and theatre. The culture of the school was safe and very welcoming. Freshman: I enjoyed toano, but I wished they would get rid of the uniforms. They had no use other than to get rid of money barriers such as brand and their logos. It was hard to find some of the items needed for the everyday dress code, but they could be very costly. The school would be a lot better without them.... Read 4 reviews

Alum: There have been a few unpleasant occurrences at Warhill High School over the past couple of years, but in every instance, it has risen with resilience and overcome. As a graduate of the class of 2022, I can most definitely say that my time at Warhill was more than pleasant. The teachers are immensely passionate about their crafts, but they are even more devoted to the teaching of good character. This is the case with the English department in particular. Additionally, the extracurricular activities allow students to become engaged in multitude of ways. The Honor societies are of exceptionally high stature and esteem. The Athletics are also exemplary with multiple state, regional, and conference championships and appearances in the last 6 years. The administration that has been inducted over the past two years is especially reformative and has great commitment that will make profound changes. Senior: I really love majority of the teachers and staff at Lafayette Highschool. Majority of them really do care and went to see you succeed and not just “pass”. I would like to see the division improve, for example, the school is almost like divided into big groups and it’s like certain groups control the school. A certain group of kids can be so cool with a teacher and just get away with anything, even with security. Overall it’s a good experience but the staff and student relationships are too deep in terms of friendships and using the staff to get out of trouble. Niche User: I loved this school. The teachers were always interactive and it had a great environment. When I was there they had a great play ground and a nice small one for disabled or pre-K kids.
