St. John Bosco Academy (formerly Summit Academy)

Junior: The best part about Summit Academy is the Catholic influence woven into every part of our great books curriculum. We participate in Mass twice a week as well as daily theology classes. Our small size is also a benefit, since everyone knows and likes everyone, including the teachers and staff. However, one thing I would like to see improved is the athletics, which because of our size is occasionally unable to assemble a full sports team.

Prairie Jr-Sr High School
- Cottonwood Joint School District, ID
- Rating 4.13 out of 5 16 reviews
Alum: Half of my life holds memorable experiences here. Environment is extremely friendly and helpful to both students and faculty. Despite being small, it does not prevent learning as much as we can. I wish for more opportunities to learn about other cultures, as it resides in a primarily Caucasian area. Chances were to obtain about 2 international exchange students per year, if any at all. Sports were great aspects for families and the community, but other extracurricular activities and clubs were not as funded in comparison, such as theater, art, and band. Teachers and faculty have been here for generations and ensure children get a varied education regardless. Prairie was like having a second family with plenty of parents involved in activities and volunteer events. Although it is not well known, I will always know how much I have gained from this school and would love to revisit someday.

Clearwater Valley Junior/Senior High School
- Mountain View School District, ID
- Rating 3.46 out of 5 24 reviews
Junior: I came to Clearwater Valley in the year of 2013. We are considered a 1A school, therefore my graduating class is around 25 kids. I enjoy being in a small school due to the fact there is more one on one time with the teachers. Every single teacher and staff member at this school are willing to help any student. They are willing to stay after school and before school hours to help anyone with anything. With helping the students they do it with a dedicated and positive attitude. This school has changed my life by all of the life lessons I have been taught. The student body is so welcoming to anyone from anywhere. Clearwater Valley hasn't just changed my life but has helped me discover who i'am today.

Salmon River Junior/Senior High School
- Salmon River Joint School District, ID
- Rating 4 out of 5 1 review
Senior: It has small class sizes. The teachers really get to know you, and they care about the students. The Sports program here is really good, especially football. It is located in Salmon River Canyon which is cool because you can go hunting, fishing, or do some other fun activities. It is a really small school though, so if you want to take certain specific classes you may have to take them online.

Grangeville High School
- Mountain View School District, ID
- Rating 3.44 out of 5 41 reviews
Senior: I had a great experience at Grangeville Highschool, I really enjoyed all the activities they had. The office crew was really engaged in the students. We had a a lot of assembles that had a lot of interactions. We played games, cheered loud, and got to know all the other students well. There are a few things I would change though. I would change how some students don't get the same interactions as others. Many students don't get to express their views because its different than others. They are forced to keep it in, otherwise other students would tell them its weird or wrong just because they don't believe those things. Other than that I really enjoyed it and would recommend Grangeville Highschool.
