Senior: Here at West Holt High School, the teachers and faculty members here are amazing. I've never had a problem with going to a teacher for help. Along with the teachers, the parents of the school are very involved as well. They help with fundraising, volunteering, and are part of the Boosters Club. The parents deserve a lot of credit for all their hard work. Since coming to school here, I've noticed my grades have gone up as well as my social skills. I've become involved in more activities than when I was a freshman. I'm in yearbook, art, FFA, dance, NHS, and I'm a track manager. I believe that I'm being well prepared for college. Every Wednesday, we meet with our guidance counselor about scholarships, college visits, and prepares us for college and graduation. Overall, West Holt is a good school. The teachers are great, the parents are amazing, and it's easy to be involved in activities or sports. I do not think that I could get this type of experience anywhere else.... Read 16 reviews

Senior: My four years at ONeill High School have taught me a lot about being prepared for my future. Our school does an excellent job at teaching the latest technology skills and college preparedness. While in highschool I have had the opportunity to take several dual credit classes which have given me a jump start at earning college credits. I’m also very happy I took “family consumer science” class. This class has taught me how to apply math, science and communication skills to everyday life. During highschool I have participated in sports and organizations that have taught me a lot about working with others and solving problems together. Overall my highschool education feels like it has gone fast, but I also feel like I have learned so much and I look forward to continuing my education in college.... Read 27 reviews

Senior: St. Mary's has one of the best teaching programs in Nebraska. It is a college prep school, so the teachers know how to push the students into a deeper level of thinking. St. Mary's is able to provide many amazing activity opportunities of their own while also offering a chance to participate in joined activities through the public school. This is truly a place where students can push their limits and even become active in the community. The only reason why I would rate the overall experience at four stars is just because my senior class is not close or as tight-knit as other classes at St. Mary's, but that is just because of personal problems. Overall, I would rate St. Mary's School as absolutely excellent not only because of the education and activities but also because of the amazing connection that students can form with their teachers and fellow students.
