Hallsville High School offers top notch academics and so many organizations and opportunities for students in a variety of ways. Senior: Harleton High School is a great school. They have good rounded students, good food, extraordinary teachers, and is very involved with the community. The teachers are very helpful, are always open to given you advice, and do not hesitate to help you with work. The students are very welcoming, respectful, and have a great knowledge of manners. The administration office is very helpful, are more than happy to help you will college applications, and take disrespect and bullying very seriously. The library has an amazing collection and have almost any book you can think of. The athletic program is amazing. The softball team has made it to state many times, our track team makes it to regionals every year, the gold team has made it to state many times, and the tennis team has made it to regionals many times as well, and the military marching band is amazing and has a great sound, and our girls basketball team is outstanding.... Senior: Elysian Fields high school is placed in a very tightly knit community. It is difficult to meet someone there that you do not already know. The teachers all care for the students as if they were family. A lot of change is coming to the school going into the 2022-2023 school year, but I think it will be good for all the students remaining at Elysian Fields to experience something that is not so familiar to them. Senior: As a student of Waskom High School, I came through a tough journey of emotions and challenges on the way to senior year. I set myself a goal in archiving a good GPA by enrolling into duel-credit classes as well for honors class. Surely there was a challenge in accomplishing those courses as they require studying the subject and plenty of researching. Alum: While during many points their were both personal and academic difficulties, I speak truthfully when I say that through my own personal experience, Texas Early College High School, or T.E.C.H.S. is the forefront of education in Texas. It has access to classes directly from an accredited college and personally helped me to gain over 80 college units and complete both my common core and my associates degree, along with over half of the graduating class at a monumentally small price. Junior: Marshall High School is not only a school but a family. They offer dual credit classes and prepare you for college in the best way possible. Marshall also has amazing counselors to help answer any questions you may have about classes, personal life, or getting ready for college. There are different classes like health science, business management, law classes, accounting, and more that are available to students who are wanting to learn more about those specific areas.
