Spoon River Valley Senior High School
- Spoon River Valley Community Unit School District No. 4, IL
- Rating 4.13 out of 5 8 reviews
Junior: Spoon River Valley is a very small school in a rural community. The teachers here are very caring about the students and are very involved in their lives. Although most class sizes are 30 students or less, it should not deter anyone from attending. The teachers and curriculum are very good at preparing the students for college and life. If there were anything I would like to see change it would be the expanding of sports teams and renovation of the facility. Overall a great place to study and prepare for higher education.

VIT Senior High School
- VIT Community Unit School District No. 2, IL
- Rating 3 out of 5 10 reviews
Junior: VIT is a small school where everyone knows everyone. You are in small classes so every student gets enough time with the teachers to ask questions and get the help they need. The overall environment is safe and welcoming. I feel like what could be improved is more class options. I would like it if there was a lot more extracurricular classes that I could take. For example, ASL or AP classes. Overall, VIT’s academics isn’t that great, but they are working on correcting their courses.

Freshman: Spoon river Have some of the most helpful sources. they are very supportive and understanding. It is absolutely nothing I will switch about Spoon River College. Spoon River is literally the best experience, this still my first semester and my time there have been good just had trouble on my end with finances. My Advisor and financial ad assistance are so supportive & admiring. And the rest of the staff is also very helpful. Spoon River College is literally the most helpful school to attend when you are looking for a good affordable way to get associates degree. The tuition is affordable for young adults who are still thinking about their life. I have had a good time at Spoon River College so far. The professors are respectful and the environment is so welcoming, even the students are very welcoming.
