St. Pius X. High School
- Private School
- Houston, TX
Parent: My son, a rising senior, has enjoyed his HS experience. Although he is not one to volunteer too much information without prodding, he/we have come to appreciate the amazing diversity, camaraderie and character of fellow SPX students and staff. When your kid needs it, he will get a second chance. When your kid needs discipline, she will get that too. Amazingly (to me) 100% of faculty, staff and administrators have contributed financially to the school's primary fundraiser for the last 10 years! No doubt they believe in the vision of maturing successful, kind and compassionate kids too.

Rising Star High School
- Rising Star Independent School District, TX
Senior: Rising Star High School is by far the best school I have ever gone too. It has a very small town feel so you get to know each and every student and faculty member personally. The average class size is about twelve people, meaning you get one on one help in almost every subject. The only downfall I believe it has is that since it is such a small school there is not a very wide range of classes that are offered.

Ranger High School
- Ranger Independent School District, TX
Senior: I moved to Ranger my freshman year. At first, I was not thrilled about the move for several reasons. It was much smaller than my previous school, I was leaving behind my friends, classmates, and teammates. What I realized is that Ranger is a place where you get to become part of something more than just a school. It's a family atmosphere here at Ranger. We encourage and support one another.

Eastland High School
- Eastland Independent School District, TX
Senior: Eastland High School is a great school because it allows all students to have the opportunity to know each person enrolled. No matter what grade you're in you area able to know all under and upper class men. I would like to see an improvement on the facilities, which is something they started to upgrade at the beginning of 2018.

Gorman High School
- Gorman Independent School District, TX
Senior: I enjoy knowing that all the teachers are there to help every student excel and succeed. They are willing to come early in the morning and stay after school to help everyone. The students and teachers are friendly and they always have a smile on there face. I enjoyed being able to be a part of the Gorman independent school district. Honestly if I had to change anything about it, it would be just having a little extra time between classes for students to be able to grab there materials for the next class and still have some time so they can go to the bathroom. Also, maybe having a vending machine so that students can have a snack when they are feeling hungry, everyone tends to stay focused more on work when they have had something to snack on. I am more than glad to be a Gorman panther and to be able to be a part of this loving and caring school.
