Senior: NBC is a small-town school with just a little over 300 students. This allows you to have real connections with the teachers and makes learning fun! The small size also allows students to know just about everyone they come across and this creates a very friendly environment. The administration is nothing short of excellent with teachers who actually know how to teach and faculty members who are very kind understanding. I haven't had a teacher that I felt didn't care about my education and even though I've given them a tough time they stay positive and try to find ways to help. Another great thing about NBC is that it is a beautiful building with great infrastructure and is very easy to navigate for new students and the sports programs are nothing less than exceptional with tough coaches who focus more on building character rather than winning, but that doesn't mean it doesn't carry over. with many state titles held by sports and extracurriculars NBC has lots of pride. Parent: Archbishop Bergan Catholic School is a very special place. We have two children who have attended Bergan since preschool. Having our children enrolled in a school where our faith is first in everything they do has been such a blessing to our family. We love that we get to live our faith out loud every single day, and that it is encouraged and shared with all denominations within our school. What makes Bergan special is the family atmosphere, small class sizes and personal education that our children receive. The staff know every single student by name, which is such a comforting feeling as a parent. One of our favorite things about Bergan is the House System that is designed to co-mingle students grades K-6 in the elementary building and 7-12 in the middle school/ high school building. The purpose is to create positive influences, and decrease intimidation with the younger students, creating friendships between all ages that carry on from building to building. Senior: Fremont Senior High School has a positive environment and the staff are very welcoming. Teachers at Fremont Senior High School are flexible; they are flexible with the other staff and their students. The counselors at Fremont are very proactive with making sure their students high school experience is easygoing. We have a wide variety of courses to choose from. One class that I enjoyed taking the most was Introduction to Health Sciences. It is a very hands on class that gives the students an opportunity to practice skills that might be essential to their career. Every department does an amazing job of making sure their students are understanding the material. Within the last year of school, with going virtual, the teachers have showed how flexible they are with change. Students also played a role in my great experience at Fremont High.... Senior: The experience that I got from Logan View Junior/Senior High School was meeting a lot of new people that live around me and has the same interest in Agriculture as I do. The best take away that I have taken is the way that I do not feel scared to go up and talk to people in the public because of FFA. I believe that FFA has really changed my life for good!
