Senior: During all my time and educational evolution at Prince George's campus I have learn to cop with the adversities and different cultures going from a latin house hold to an caucasian and african american culture I can tell it is beautiful the impressive diversity in culture and opportunities for all students as matter to provide grow in education and professionalism I like Prince George's county public school because of the culinary opportunities it offers, educational programs, college readiness chance and many beneficial school courses to advance into more development in youngs. For a future I will love to see changes such as better educational standards that can be applied to the real work such as tax- work , and basic everyday use intelligence.... Read 574 reviews

Alum: I liked that it was small and you really got to know everyone and had one on one time with teachers to discuss any problems. The teachers actually care about every student and try to push them to do their best. Since it is a smaller school the community is very involved in all things. During sports, clubs, organizations, and activities the people of the community always show their support. If someone is in need they pull together and do the best they can to help.... Senior: Norborne was a great place to be able to spend my high school years. I was able to thoroughly learn each subject with the small class sizes, with the teachers always willing to help. One thing I wish would change in the future is to offer more classes to juniors and seniors. I hope to see future students be able to take more college level classes to keep them interested in school and to prepare them to college. With athletics at Norborne, I was glad to be able to compete alongside my friends at a high level. It was also a good sight to see the staff pursue opportunities for baseball for their students to make them happy.... Read 10 reviews

Senior: My experience at this school has been positive, but there are several things i would change. One of the main things that I love about my school would be the size. We only have about 80 kids in our high school. This is nice because we get a lot of one-on-one time with the teachers. It's a lot easier to ask questions, and you gain a lot of close relationships along the way. Another thing I admire about my school, is how much spirit we have. The students and teachers get really pumped up for anything we do. We have a great support system. There are some things I dislike. We either get a small salad, or a tray of whatever the cooks choose. It is a very small amount. Another thing I dislike is that we don't have as many opportunities as bigger schools do. We have a limited about of sports and clubs.... Read 6 reviews

Parent: MMA actually teaches and trains young men to recognize, develop, and apply their gifts snd potential that many times they don’t even know they have. This was the experience of both my grandsons! MMA is an amazing institution of learning and education and exceeded my expectations! The opportunities for extracurriculars is extensive including out of the ordinary classes on equine and rifle training ! Time management and respect and accountability are paramount in the culture. Being an international school provides diversity training on a whole other level. With MMA’s 133 years old, they know what to do snd how to do it♥️... Read 135 reviews

Parent: St. John's is providing an excellent academic and social environment for our children in middle school. They were not being challenged as much as they needed in our local public school, so we switched from MCPS, and couldn't be happier. They are not only challenged academically at St. John's, but they are also encouraged to think on a deeper level about their faith, which is important to our family. Opportunities abound for involvement in leadership activities, the arts and athletics. The small school setting allows all the children to get to know each other, no matter what grade they're in, so it feels more like a big family. We love that STJES is also teaching them life skills such as talking to their teachers/adults, public speaking, respecting one another, as well as advocating for themselves. Additionally, there is an emphasis on community service within and outside of the school throughout the year. It's been a great experience, and we're very thankful to have found St. John's!...
