Alum: The years I spent at this school was the best four years I could have ever asked for. Despite new teachers coming in every year, you always create a bond with them. The staff and students are not only friendly but also helpful. The community is always there for each other and always tries to help when they can. If you want to be in a small town, a small school that feels very homey I would suggest Udall Highschool. I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I did almost everything they had to offer in sports, organizations, and clubs. It is easy to be involved, and easy to make a future here.... Senior: Winfield High School has been a good experience. It provides a nice and safe environment with mostly all good teachers. These teachers hold us to a higher standard than most public schools in the state of Kansas, and they are always willing to help. Our facilities are in good condition, while some are fairly new. The facilities will provide any student or student-athlete to improve in whatever area is needed. Unfortunately, some sports do receive a little neglect from funding. The "main" sports here are not very good. Even though diversity is low, it is growing and there is little racism. Food quality has improved over the last year, but it still isn't very good. The unique thing about Winfield High is our health science careers program. students in the program have the opportunity to learn and get first hand experience within the medical field. Students can use this experience for jobs or even get a job where they mentored. Overall, Winfield is a good school that can use improvement.... Read 89 reviews

Senior: My experience at Ark City High School was pretty great. There were many athletics you could do and a ton of electives you could take. Once you are a sophomore you have the opportunity to take college classes which helped me out a lot in the long run. What I would like to see change is that if you are a senior, you don't have to take electives and you can just have a free hour if you don't need a credit that hour. The best part of my experience was probably playing softball and making great lifelong friends. The worst part is probably the girl's math teachers. They don't really take the time to help you understand things. They just believe you will know what you are doing.... Read 87 reviews

Niche User: The school is focused on the students. They go on many academic field trips, the school helps when someone can not afford basic things like shoes or coats. They will work individually with you child for daily tutoring if needed. The students are taught values and morals. These students will make life long friends at this school. Parent: Both of my children attend ACCA. They are getting a high quality Christ-centered education. Class sizes are small and the school feels like a family. My kids aren't just a number at this school and the teachers teach for mission not money! It is worth every penny it costs. However, for a private school tuition is much more affordable!...
