Senior: I had an amazing experience at P-W because the culture at this school cannot be duplicated. The teachers truly care about you and want you to understand the content. They do not only care about your grades, but how you are doing. They like to make sure you are doing alright in every aspect of life. My favorite part of the school is the people. The way everyone acknowledges each other. Because we are a small town, it builds the culture of our school and our standards we have for not only ourselves but for each other. Senior: I loved the atmosphere the St. Johns provided. Teachers are always willing to help students out and build relationships with them. If student a student was passionate about starting a club or activity and brought the idea up to the school leadership, it most often was approved. Senior: Having attended Bath High School all (soon to be) four years of high school I can safely say that this school is one of my favorite places to go and I actually like going to school! Well, there are occasions where I would rather sit in bed and not worry about a test or project that is due that day but for the most part I love it. I like that I know all the teachers and that all the teacher know me, and I even know almost all of the subs that come in. Senior: I attended Fowler High School as school of choice. My Mother attended Fowler Schools and graduated from Fowler High School. It's a small class D school where you know all your classmates and their families. The smaller classroom setting allowed for a personalized learning experience. Fowler High Schools curriculum is tough and they also provide a duel enrollment program through Lansing Community College which prepares students for college and starts students out with many of their general classes already completed. The thing I probably like the most about Fowler High School is the teaching staff. They genuinely care for the students on a personal and academic level. Junior: I really love Ovid-Elsie for several things, although it could improve in a couple areas. My overall experience with my teachers has been amazing; almost every teacher is very supportive, communicative, and caring. The community is also amazing; my fellow students are generally nice and friendly, and I have made many good friends. With COVID, the clubs and activities have been pretty lackluster, but usually there are a lot of extracurriculars to get involved in. I really like OE' s response, as I feel like it implements a lot of common sense. The administration cares a lot about the student.
