Senior: I have attended this school since 8th grade. My experience is highly involved around sports which is very common for everyone to do at least one. I believe this brings us all closer together as a school because you create friendships with other peers not in your class. However, the school has not built a facility for a certain sport I do. Track and field has been a team at Seven Rivers for decades I believe, but no track has been built. This has cause problems especially during our current Covid season. We usually are allowed to drive to the public school near us and practice on their field; however, Covid does not allow that this year. I have qualified for regionals twice in my events. Middle School Student: I really have enjoyed Citrus Springs Middle School as a student , all of the teachers have treated me with respect. The education opportunities are amazing. You can take higher level classes such as algebra or geometry and ect. The only thing I find negative about this school is the amount of violence, there are many physical fights. Middle School Student: this school is amazing. They treat everyone great, the Teachers make sure everyone is on task and are with them. The Admins listen to what you need and when they can, solve it immediately. The food is good, but it’s not terrible. Senior: One of the major things I love about Crystal River High is the programs offered such as the health academy and Ap Capstone. Currently I am in both, I am in the biomedical portion of the health academy and because of that I have been given so many great opportunities for schools and college credits. For example, because I am in bio med I had a chance to take the bio technical exam from the University of Florida. In the end I passed the test! However the only reason I passed was because my teacher was so good at providing study materials and references. Also my school offers the Ap capstone program!
