Junior: The best part about Westwood Baptist Academy is the ties you will have with the faculty during and after graduating from high school! All of the faculty are there with your best interest in mind and prove that every day! With it being a small, private school, you get to have a closer relationship with the faculty to make it have more of a familial feel. Something I would recommend would be maybe being a little more forgiving with certain offenses. Otherwise, the school does a wonderful job of training and preparing their students for the outside world!

Freshman: My experience at Poplar Bluff High School has been very rewarding, to say the least. The school, though small, offers a variety of advanced placement classes, special needs classes, and programs to accommodate every students' need. There is a program we have called the "Flex" program. This allows high school seniors to attend half of the school day and the other half of the day is to be used to go to work and earn money for their lives on their own after high school. The students and activities on our campus are positive and energetic. Our school assemblies include games that strengthen relationships between our students and teachers as long as with fellow peers. With every school comes students who misbehave and dampen the experience for other attendees.
Our school does everything in its current power to contain this issue but it can still disrupt focus. This could be significantly improved. The positive attributes are worth being in attendance at Poplar Bluff High School.

Sophomore: I love the fact that we're such a small, family type school. We are all interconnected in some way, and we all know each other's names. Although our sports are the only extracurricular activities showcased, I would say that I am proud to be a part of TRHS.
