Alum: I give the school a 4. My interactions with the staff and faculty are almost always pleasant. While I believe there are a few I didn't click with, overall, everyone is a joy to be around. The building itself is slightly outdated, and there are definitely improvements to be made (The geography bathroom is SCARY), the building still provides a safe and reliable place to learn. The academics are great. The high school offers many different vocational studies, such as woodworking, welding, veterinary medicine, agriculture/farming, interior design, fashion design, culinary arts, STEM, etc, where students can earn certifications and make a living without college. Students who want to pursue college are given the opportunity to succeed through the vigorous academics and opportunity. The guidance counselors are always available to give students pursuing further education useful information and help them in their applications to college as well.
