Senior: Zionsville Community High school is a high school that excels in the success of their students. With the multitude of extracurriculars and resources available, they look for everyone in there school to succeed by every means possible. The faculty I feel is very dedicated to their students by creating a competitive environment the students are able to learn and grow in. With this being said, some students here feel that Zionsville High School does have their drawbacks that turns them against this school. Some feel Zionsville has become to restrictive on the students freedoms in and around the school that has made their experience here anything but enjoyable. Others feel Zionsville has the perfect balance of the freedoms we are given verse the restrictions we are held too. Freshman: This school is a great school to introduce you to a new environment. I learned a variety of different things at this school. There are a variety of teachers at ZMS. Some will be amazing, and others, not so much. This school offers a lot of extracurriculars, especially for a middle school. This school taught me many life lessons that will be even more important in my future years. Overall, ZMS is a great school and a solid pick. Middle school is about learning and discovering many things before high school. This school is good because it allows you to balance relatively easily. The 5th-grade year may be challenging, but it only gets easier. However, one thing that is not prevalent at ZMS is diversity. The school lunch is also rather awful. Despite not being diverse at all and having terrible food, I loved this school. I highly recommend this school to anyone.... Read 6 reviews

Senior: At Traders Point Christian Schools, my experience has been pretty good. I believe the school helps to prepare leaders and graduate scholars. However there is an issue with the culture towards racial issues and religious views. I feel that if you aren't republican enough, white enough, or Christian enough, then you aren't really accepted into the culture as well. However I do believe there is a good Christian atmosphere and for the most part people are nice and the staff here show genuine care for the students well being. Senior: College Readiness: They do the bare minimum here, counselors don't really seem to care much, and LHS doesnt provide much coaching Athletics: The athletics programs are very good here, the big ones like basketball and football usually yield good crowds Fine Arts: LHS truly shines with its band and choir programs. The marching band being one of the best in the state relative to the size of the school, as well as the wind and jazz ensembles. The show choir being consistently good through the years also play into this Bullying: Bullying does happen, however, it is not very prevalent here. The problem arises in the cliquey culture of this school, usually making bullying a group against group thing rather than individual v individual Clubs: One of the worst parts of LHS, clubs exist but not many people do them, and the club selection that we do have are lackluster overall: I would say 3.6/5, good academics and fine arts, but lacking clubs and college readiness bring it down.... Sophomore: Western Boone is a very small, but homey school. It is full of amazing and unique people. Being such a small school, students really connect to students and can often participate in one-on-one teaching and training. Western Boone also offers a good range of sports including football, basketball, baseball, tennis, cross country, track and field, golf, soccer, and wrestling, for boys, and basketball, softball, tennis, soccer, track and field, cross country, cheerleading, and volleyball for girls. Niche User: Teen Challenge saved my life. CITC is under new leadership and many changes have taken place. The parents are very involved and kept up to date with their daughters progress. Teen Challenge does not accept any government funds or charitable choice funds. Parents who pay for tuition cannot receive a tax deduction, although others who sponsor the student can, just not the parent. Teen Challenge does not advertise itself as a medical facility. It is true that there are not licensed counselors but this is disclosed in the application process. Students do have to follow a diet that is in line with the standards of the state and this includes milk. When a student has an allergy to milk they are allowed to drink almond or soy milk in place of it. No students are forced to eat or drink anything they are allergic to.
