Senior: During my seven years in Rising Leader Academy, I witnessed my school change drastically throughout the whole years. When I first enrolled RLA, the school was just starting to get on its feet. We didn’t have extracurriculares, the school was small, and there weren’t a lot of staff. By now so much has changed. Senior: North Bay Haven really cares about all of their students. They want every student to feel as though they belong and work hard to make everyone happy. The school sets up numerous volunteer opportunities, school wide events, club involvement opportunities, dances, and student lead functions throughout the year. Sophomore: The teachers at Covenant are amazing. The only thing i would change is the amount of students. The school teaches off of a classical system which usually drives a lot families away. Senior: I attended Arnold High my freshman year and now my senior year. From my experience Arnold is an amazing school filled with teachers who are willing to accommodate you at every turn. I am a student athlete and often travel the country for wrestling. Every time I travel my teachers stay in contact with me and make everything so easy, they are even lenient on test extensions when you miss classes. The ladies at the office are more than helpful, one email and they’re sure to help you within the hour. The admin are very approachable and easy to bind with and by the end of your experience they know you by first and last name. The students are all overall welcoming. You’ll never be alone or without someone to speak to, southern hospitality is a big thing at Arnold. Sophomore: Overall, 10/10 would highly recommend bay high if you are going into the Cambridge AICE program. During my sophomore year at bay high, I had some excellent teachers, and I have nothing but great things to say about the AICE program. Almost everyone in the administration for the AICE program is helpful, supportive, and have been invested in my success. The teachers are incredible as well, all of them were helpful, even if I had questions outside of school hours. They were also understanding if me of my fellow students had issues learning a subject or generally needed special accommodations. The primary negative about bay high, and the reason I'm giving it only 4 starts is because of the general administration. The administration for the general school were quite condescending and strict about matters they should not have been, such as instituting policies about going to the bathroom during only set times, which in my opinion was an overstep by the administration.... Senior: I attended Palm Bay Prep Academy’s sister school called Central’s High School. Central is an amazing school where you can work online at your own pace, it’s in a classroom setting so there are teachers there to aid you. Central has provided me with a safe and quiet environment where I can complete my school work as fast or slow as I want. Middle School Student: Its a amazing school and there is not much wrong with it. It has a diverse student population, the teachers care about their students, and there is very little bullying. and if there is its verbal bullying, not physical because the para's are very strict and discipline the students who do bad. But i must say there is alot of rasicm, im a black student and i have had students tell me to pick cotton. And they did not get punished just verbally warned.... Read 7 reviews

Senior: Deane Bozeman for the most part is a highly specialized school that may or may not fit the students who attend. If you're an aspiring athlete or a part of band, this school is absolutely wonderful. Yet, if you seek other extracurricular activities that appeal towards the arts, it's underwhelming although not entirely terrible. Junior: Rutherford is a good school if you're academically/athletically motivated enough to make the changes you need to excel in the school. Guidance counselors will push you to do certain programs like ib, which is good if it fits what you're trying to pursue, being persistent in the program you want is important when speaking to the counselors but they will still push you and help you get to the direction you want to go. Definitely had a fighting problem and false fire alarms. There is often opportunities to earn community services hours in and out of school. Even though it is a 6-12 school, you rarely see the middleschoolers unless they're transitioning to lunch or at the end of the day; they also have their own designated hallways that highschoolers aren't allowed down.
