Sophomore: If you're in to sports, CHS is a great place to play them at. No try-outs, and they are a lot of fun! Since our school had to do distance learning this year, it was a little stressful for the staff (my mom's a teacher). However, they did a great job adapting to it. Although school was harder, the teachers did a great job putting the whole thing together. The teachers here work their tails off for students. We are working our way up to be the best small school in the state, and so far (after our goal was set at the beginning of last year), our test scores are moving up! Unfortunately, we are on a 4-day week, and that does affect learning. Also, although sports are fun, the coaches don't allow the players to have much time with their family, and that's not okay. If I'm playing sports, I typically get home around 7:15-7:30 on a school night, with homework left to do. I don't like that. However, CHS is mostly a great school to be a part of!

High School Senior: My overall experience at Meadows Valley High School has been very good so far. I enjoy all of my classmates and most of my teachers each and every day. Our school is unique because it is very small so I believe that I have a stronger bond with other students and my teachers. Everyone cares about everyone and it is almost like a small family rather than a high school.
