Featured Review: Senior says LACHSA is honestly... half-and-half.The arts programs at this school are absolutely phenomenal. This school has students are incredibly gifted, as well as teachers just as gifted as the students.School spirit is through the roof! Many events at LACHSA are student-run, featuring student performances.Halloween is absolutely the biggest event at this school. Almost all students dress up (it's completely fine if you don't), and everyone has amazing costumes--especially the visual artists.Another thing, there is virtually zero bullying in this school. Everyone is incredibly kind and helps each other.Where I draw the line, is academics. This school has probably one of the worst academic programs when it comes to high schools. It's embarrassingly bad. While of course, there are exceptions, many academic teachers are not very good at teaching their subjects to students, regardless of if they are kind or not.Other things; amazing food, 4:00pm dismissaltldr; good arts, bad academics..
