Junior: Dora School overall provides a very good education to all students. Since the school is smaller and only has about 150 kids grades 9-12, the teachers are more focused on helping you succeed. One on one time with teachers helps students tremendously. I can personally say this because I have had to stay after class asking teachers about assignments or tests we received to make sure I understood the assignment correctly. One thing I would change however, is that some of our teachers do not really explain topics like the student body needs. A few might just have us read out of the textbook and then let us figure out how to do our assignments ourselves, with little or no other instruction. On the other hand however, I have attended this school my whole life, and I have and continue to receive good grades in all classes. Our school also provides with the ability to take college classes while still in high school. This has helped me get a head start on college.... Read 8 reviews
