Senior: I loved my time at Clark Advanced Learning Center (a Martin County School). The small school environment and personal attention from teachers and staff help promote an atmosphere that makes learning fun! The fact that Clark is located on the campus of Indian River State College makes it easy to take dual enrollment classes, and many of the Clark students graduate from high school with their AA degree. Clark has many clubs to choose from, and students can participate in intramural sports at other Martin County high schools. Every student is involved in an internship program during their Senior year which enables the student to gain essential job experience in fields that match his or her academic and personal interests. Clark is an amazing school, and I am very thankful for the opportunity to attend.

Senior: I believe that Fort Pierce Central High School, the high school I am currently enrolled in, has done a great job providing students with the resources they need to achieve their goals. There are multiple college readiness programs, such as dual enrolment and an aviation program in partnership with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Overall I think the school has done a good job making sure students have the tools they need to be successful. Moreover, I believe the facilities are amazing, the bathrooms are kept clean, there are multiple computer labs across the campus, and overall the campus has a very pleasant look to it. Though this is true, there are also some negative aspects to the school. Because the school population is so big, it is hard to get that personalized experience you would as a smaller school. Furthermore, I believe that the administration could've handled the Covid-19 pandemic a little better; there are certain classes with no social distaincing.
