Senior: My experience at Santa Rosa Academy has been overall successful the past 8 years. This school prioritizes character that is enforced amongst the students that attend there. Uniforms are mandatory, leaving no room for money discrimination and encourages attending students to prepare for the work field. Additionally, this school offers the chance to attend college without the fees that college students pay to attend. It gives students the chance to chase their dreams without limitations on their brilliance. In the end I have personally been taught so much more about what it means to have character and interview experience that will prepare me for the real world. A few critiques that I have for Santa Rosa Academy include the following: more elective opportunities, better advertisement for dual and concurrent class enrollment, and a more selective group of teachers that care a little more about what they are teaching.... Niche User: It was small enough that they knew all the kids. They have a solid basic curriculum, but like most districts, they can use more money to expand their programs. Senior: I am a current Senior student at Roseland University Prep. I have been in the Roseland district since preschool. I like how the teachers in the district are extremely dedicated to their students in regards to getting to know each and every one of them at a personal level. In the district students tend to become genuinely familiar with each other, leading to a family like student body. I like how they offer many resources and long for the inclusion of parents in many aspects of the schools decision making processes. I admire that students treat each other with respect! Finally, I respect how the school gives students from low income families an opportunity to obtain an amazing education. The one adjustment I would make is for the Roseland district to offer more variety of sports and clubs. So, that all students include themselves in the Roseland spirit!... Read 44 reviews
