Senior: I am a senior and over the course of attending Lebanon High School I've seen the school itself transition through 3 different principals, a shift in staffing every year, and amazing support for the students, of course. Lebanon High School wouldn't be one of those schools that are very rich nor very poor, it's a school that holds students of all race and gender that we even have unisex bathrooms available for those who don't feel comfortable in a gender based bathroom. The student body is made up of many different talent and we have access to basically everything anyone can come up with and that opportunity for an incoming freshman or curious junior makes up LHS as a great community.... Freshman: I'm a first year student at the Hartford High School, but I've been going into the school and interacting with the community here for over five years. I think this school is amazing, and this is because the students have so much control. Should there be another club? Another sports team? Do you want to do theatre or athletics? Both? Neither? There's so much choice we have here as students, and the teachers are really supportive. I myself am a three sport athlete who also plays the flute in our concert and jazz bands. Something that's really pushed at Hartford is that we "drive the bus of our educations." We are in control of what our ~4 years here look like, and there are so many teachers, counselors, and administrators willing to help you figure out yourself and what you want to do with your life. I'd like to see the environment change a little between the students, but I know work is being done to make the school more inclusive and a more positive place.... Read 15 reviews

Junior: Since it's in a rural area, it feels like it falls behind other school districts and stays in it's own little bubble. Over the past years the schools have been showing their age and becoming harder to keep up.... Read 2 reviews
