Senior: I have throughly enjoyed being a student in Winston Salem/Forsyth County Schools. Yes, there are ups and downs but I have always had access to people who can help me with those situations. I have taken all of my classes at my high school and have done well. My teachers have been great and incredibly understanding. I have formed amazing relationships with a few of them that have ultimately encouraged me to be where I am today and shown me what to strive for in the future. Also, being involved in sports and clubs has given be the opportunity to meet great people and teach me a lot of life lessons. My school does a great job at making sure there is a club/sport for everyone. The only major thing that I would like to see changed is definitely the discipline aspect. The bathrooms at my school have become a "hangout" for people to skip class and/or take part in inappropriate activities. I would love to see that get better and make the bathrooms at my school a more comfortable place to be.... Read 223 reviews

Alum: Overall I had a good experience with Davidson County Schools. The teachers were always welcoming and willing to help out and have fun. One thing I do think they can improve on is their art department. It seems that, like in many other schools, they are more focused on sports and the arts are in the back of their minds.
