Senior: Midway High school is an independent school district located in the state of Texas. This school is know for the many opportunities that allows students to flourish throughout their high school career. I believe that this school in particular is a great opportunity for students interested in an early insight on their career path that they would like to pursue in the future. My experience with this school was very eye opening to what I would like my future to consist of. I think it likely that this school has many different branches that can benefit student’s from any background or culture. One of my most preeminent experiences with this school was when I felt as though I discovered my purpose. On the contrary, I believe that this school could develop more in the teacher student experience. I strongly believe that the teachers should be more involved with the students and guiding them throughout their years of schooling. In closing, Midway Independent School District is astonishing.... Senior: Bosqueville is a small school and offers many opportunities. Some of these opportunities are that you are able to play or paticipate in any sport or club one desires. Our school does not cut players, which offers even the slightly less unathletic players to play the sport they love. Our school also offers great tutoring and clubs to keep students involved. Parent: I love that lorena isd is a very small town school, all the schools are closer together which is nice the traffic in the mornings and afternoon pick up times are very hectic though I'd like to see that changed. Maybe someone directing traffic or lower the school zone speed limit to 20 miles per hour instead of 30 miles per hour. Alum: China Spring is a great school district. Both of my siblings and I went to China Spring all of our schooling years, K-12. Overall, I had a god experience at this school. I was able to participate in many activities and organizations. Sports at China Spring are a big deal and I was elected tennis and cheer captain my senior year. Academics are taken seriously at China Spring. Unlike many, this school is very competitive and getting to be in the top quarter of any class takes hard work. Classes at China Spring High School are difficult and challenging academically, thus making the transition to a college or university easier. For example, I go to Texas A&M, a prestigious university in Texas with a low acceptance rate, and the transition from high school to college was not bad for me. Senior: I love going to school at McGregor High School! We have awesome teachers, administrators, and students. Our teachers care about us and our education. We can go to them if we have problems with the curriculum or really anything we might be dealing with. Programs offered at the school help all students find a place to belong. Whether it be sports, FFA, Student Council, UIL, etc., our students can choose to be involved. If there was one thing I would change about McGregor High School, it would be for our students to have more spirit. I am a cheerleader and it is hard to keep the crowd pumped.... Read 13 reviews

Alum: I loved the small town feel of the school! Everyone knows everyone, and everyone is each other's friend. All of the teacher paid close attention to each student to make sure we could all succeed. All of the teachers made sure to prepare us as much as possible for the college experience. Senior: In the short amount of time that I have attended the Clifton School District, it has been the best experience out of the many schools I have attended. They really do care about the mental health of all the attending students. The administration puts what is best for the students first. I feel as though, this is the safest I have felt attending a public school. They take all threats seriously and handle conflict very well and accordingly. They have more clubs and different activities than the other schools I've attended. They try to include everyone, students and facility members. It is really like a big family at Clifton. If I could change some things about the school it would most definitely be the food. The students need good meals to be able to function and they try their best with what they are given. But I would try to get better meals for all the students. Along with food, I go more into the arts and music. Lots of kids here enjoy music and art but the programs are mediocre.... Read 11 reviews

Senior: Robinson is a school that values kindness and keeping the peace among students and faculty. There has been a sort of revitalization throughout the district in an attempt to restore the respect and pride we once demanded across both the academic and athletic plains. Something I would really like to see expanded upon would be a greater transparency between administration and the faculty/students. There have recently been some unexpected hires and quick turn-a-round fires. I believe the constant change without any major student influence is causing some apathy in regards to any possible plan the district decides upon. Senior: One thing I like about Riesel Isd is that it's a small school. Since it's such a small school everybody has a relationship with each other including the teachers and staff. I was able to make friends a lot quicker than other larger schools. There is one downside to small schools. That is opportunities. I wish they would offer more courses that are different than the main courses. With more opportunities it would help students learn more about a potential career path or learn more in general....
