Alum: I attended Elkhorn Public Schools K-12 and loved the district. I have had many positive experiences here and the school district really does prepare students for college. The academics can be rigorous at times, especially the amount of homework in the upper grades, but if you push through, you will be successful in college. Besides academics and outstanding teachers (who will always put their students before themselves) the administration is poor. It is very political and all about who you know. Princiapals and other admin should not have such a stuck up attitude and look at the bigger picture, which is not themselves.

Senior: My experience with Millard Public Schools was quite the best experience a student could have. I was always being helped out by someone, a older student, teacher, parent volunteer. The teachers I had were the best I could have too. They gave me extra help when I needed it, they tried to relate things in class to my personal life, and they got to know me very well as a person. Millard Public Schools has been a very great fit for me through elementary school through high school. I am so glad I chose this way and I am encouraged to see what other students experience is like!

Senior: Currently a high school senior. Love the scheduling system and the amount of freedom entrusted in us. Have a great group of friends, plenty of sports and extracurriculars to participate in. Teachers are more than willing to help if you ask, especially if you pay attention in class and put in the effort. Couldn't ask for more!

Senior: My experience at Gretna Public Schools has been great, I'm really happy with the education I have recieved. What have I liked about Gretna Public Schools? The teaching staff starting with my Kindergarten year to my Senior year I have had caring, smart teachers that have prepared me for college. What would I change? The grading policy to match other area schools. Its great having a higher standard of grading , but a standard scale would make the playing field even when applying for scholarships.

Senior: Bennington is a really good school district. The teachers and staff are really nice and kind. Every school district aims for high achievements. Bennington high school did everything for us to get better grades such as doing John Baylor test preps for ACT. The schools district wants everyone to be successful. Every school has good and bad students and Bennington public schools is pursuing us to get the best education possible, and prepare everyone for the future ahead of us. Bennnigton school district is one of the best schools in the state of Nebraska with many hard working teachers, staff, and students. Everyone is working towards their goal to become successful.

Niche User: The Papillion-La Vista School district has always taken care of it's own. During the pandemic; in which several people were going through hard times; they managed to keep their students engaged, as well as providing food and help to those in need.
This school district has a variety of sports and activities to keep every kid engaged. From volunteering, to art, and playing football, there is almost a club for everyone to join!
The facilities are always well kept, and the teachers are very supportive.
The Papillion-La Vista School District hosts many events and makes everyone feel welcome.
Papillion-La Vista School District is a great district, and they are always willing to help out in any way they can.

Senior: The band program is amazing at this school! Our band teachers make band fun and inspirational. I have also enjoyed the college level classes that are available to me. I wish we were in a location where there would be more opportunities for diversity in race, religion and life style choices. However, our community is growing, so more diversity may be on the way.

Senior: I absolutely love the student-teacher relationships in my school district. The teachers make an active effort to encourage and build up the students daily, so they can gain a greater understanding on whatever it is the student is trying to learn. The teachers are always willing to help the students, so they can succeed. Besides the teachers, the administrators have an open-door policy, so if you have any questions or concerns they are always ready to discuss how to make changes. The staff members are always looking to the students for advice on how to change the school for the better. The custodians are always so nice. The schools have different locations in the building to help foster great relationships too. For example, the high schools have libraries that contain a coffee shop, where students can hang out and have snacks with teachers or fellow students. Overall, Bellevue Public Schools is a great school district because of the lasting relationships that are created.

Junior: Honestly, my experience with Omaha Public school has been very delightful with pleasure as my journey throughout my high school years. All my teachers and counselor always encourage me to push myself harder every day. I Intent to accepted challenges to improve my academics skills in every possible way by taking AP/H's classes. One thing I do hesitate to admit but is a true fact in all cases is teachers always underestimate the student's/me capablility. They don't think we're capable of taking AP or Honors knowing deep down we all have great potential to achieve bigger than we thought.

Alum: I felt like I received a pretty good education there. I never had an issue with the faculty or staff. However, I do feel as though support and interest in the Fine Arts from the administration has begun to severely decline in favor of sports, further making students lacking athletic talent/interest feel ostracized and unimportant.

Senior: Overall, attending school in Council Bluffs Community Schools has been a positive experience for me from Kindergarten through my junior year. Along with that, I have also had nothing but great experiences with teachers throughout the years. Teachers within the district are innovative, thoughtful, and value relationships with students.
