Senior: Benton School District is a well rounded and well shaped school district. It is all around a good place for students, teachers, staff, and administrators. With the focus being academics, they also have a lot of other extracurricular activities to get students involved in. With an outstanding volleyball team, to an amazing softball team, to other sports students may to join. To a fast growing chorale, band, and theater program. Benton is excelling everyday and growing. Growing up here has been one of the best things for me as a child. The staff and students are all so welcoming to new ideas and new people. Senior: Bryant High School is one of the best high schools in the state of Arkansas. They allow hundreds of opportunities and clubs for the young teenagers that set foot there. They have a variety of sports teams and a state championship winning football team that everyone goes crazy for. Parent: Founders has been a breath of fresh air. We moved from the public school system and it has been like night and day! The student/teacher ratio is fantastic. Students truly build strong relationships with their teachers. The parent/teacher communication is great. I have a son in 9th grade and a son in 6th grade. They have each grown substantially both behaviorally and in their social skills! The Curriculum is challenging and rigorous which pushes students to better themselves, but at the same time is enjoyable and comprehensive. It is a great place to grow! We love Founders.... Junior: A friendly place with a tight grip on there goals. Students have a lot to choose from in terms of both study and extracurricular. They even have a medical program, welding, and many more. The teachers do the best they can with each and every student. They offer a unique offer with “zero hour” this is an extra period before class where the students can go to any class they choose for extra help. Senior: It's an over all good school for the exception of a few things. Some of the good things are: 1. The teachers are very engaging and always try to help every single student based on their needs. 2. The school is really safe, even though it's in a not too great area, making sure there's always a lest 6 guards on campus. Though there are some major downsides at lest to me they are: 1. For this entire school year they have had barely any activities for the senior class to do 2. There's no actual gym on campus instead you have to use the college one. 3. The teachers are really strick when it comes to your time out class, aka using the bathroom some teachers will even time student. Senior: I've been at Beebe my whole entire life, it's an amazing school district and the people here are so kind and loving. I would love to see more people being open to diversity and different cultures. I think being able to experience such things, would open up a bunch of peoples minds and allow them to expand to greater levels of wisdom. Besides that, Beebe has always been so kind to me. The people within the district have made huge impacts on my life and guided me through so many difficult obstacles within my life and helped me become the person that I am today. I truly think Beebe is a great district for anyone who's looking for a smaller place to school their children, there's not a lot of people here so it makes it easier to have one on one conversations with a counselor or even one of your everyday teachers.... Senior: My experiences in the Little Rock School District have been fun. They're committed to creating the best possible environment for the students. After winning a state Championship in football, we had lots of celebrations and parades for days! Our schools are great! I attend Little Rock Parkview High School and the staff there is great. They are loving and very helpful. I never feel uncomfortable at school and they make the school atmosphere a great environment to learn in. We have fun days where the school gets together and just have a good time in the gym on some Fridays. The school over-all is just great and the school district makes this possible. I would definely recommend the Little Rock School District and Parkview arts & Science magnet to incoming highschoolers. I also attended elementary and middle school in the LRSD and it was a ball. Senior: I have attended Harmony Grove Schools for the past 13 years. K-12. Overall, Harmony Grove Schools District, is a great small community school. I feel that over the years, possibly through no fault of their own, the more intellectual students are held to a lower standard instead of working to bring the lower student up. Alum: I loved Mayflower for it’s small size that allowed students to bond better with their teachers. A lot of the staff also cared for our school events and tried their best to make them amazing despite our small budget. Because our school had a small budget, the school employees were rather underpaid and understaffed. Teachers were mainly overburdened with extra classes and work. This also affected the students poorly as well because teachers were teaching classes out of their expertise and students were earning lower grades. The students of the school also had little working bathroom sinks and stalls. Even though Mayflower was a low income school, the students and teachers loved to show school spirit despite their shortcomings. Senior: Lincoln School District is a great place to go to school from Kindergarten to Senior year in high school. Everyone is extremely friendly and the teachers support each and every student no matter the students personality. At Lincoln Schools, you have the incredible opportunity to meet and become friends with a wide verity of students. There is no true clicks in the schools, each and every student is friendly and accepting to each old and new student. Lincoln School Districts have the best school events and activities. The club environments are accepting and will welcome you to the team no matter the type of person you are. The schools sports are one of the best sports teams, definitely with football. The town is very supportive with the schools and each Friday night game night, all of the town is at the sport events and student activity's being held at the school. Parent: I love how the teachers engage with the students on a level like no other. They are very patient, make sure the students understand the materials, and provide resources and special one-on-one sessions to help the students succeed. The teachers learn their students and take pride in building a great teacher-student relationship so that each student feels valued and heard.
