Wirt County Schools
Senior: Wirt County is a place I will forever be proud to call my home. Everytime there is a sporting event or extra-curricular activity going on, you can almost guarantee the entire community will be there supporting whatever it is. Everyone at Wirt County knows one another and really is like a family. Sure there is drama, but we all love one another and would do anything for each other. When it comes to the academics, most of the teachers are here because they want to be. They crave seeing each individual student grow and succeed. One of the advantages of having such a small school is being able to give each student the individual time they need.
Unfortunately, not many appreciate our small school. It seems like everyone at some point or another is complaining about how they want to get out of here. The only thing I would like to change about my school is the attitudes. I wish everyone here could be as proud as I am to come from such a loving family, as well as a place to call my home....
