Senior: I really like being at this school. I feel that the teachers are extremely supportive and push me to do my best. Being here helps me to be the best person that I can be, and I believe that the environment at Cape Henlopen is also in a very good condition. It does not feel like there is targeting towards certain people, and definitely not towards the teachers. I feel very safe and protected in this school, and the academic classes have a very good foundation; the classes have very good information within them, and I learn a lot from them. Junior: I think overall it is a really good school district. Throughout all the schools I’ve found that the administration and the teachers are all of really good quality. They all always seem to really care about their job and the students. I’ve never seen problems within the school that were in their control and they always handle issues well. Freshman: I love Milford! I am a student at the high school and I feel like the environment from the teachers and the admin pushed me to do my best everyday in class. We offer a wide variety of pathways. There are lots of SAT Prep class and lots of opportunities to take the test at the school. Also, I am a three season athlete and I love the sports programs here. Our football team was state runner-ups, our wrestling team is five-time state champs, and our softball team won the state championship last year. Junior: I joined the woodbridge school district in the 3rd grade. This school was very different from the previous school I attended because it was more diverse and had a much smaller community of people. Over the years, I have seen a great number of activities and resources the school and its staff have to done to help out families. During the summer of 2020, the Woodbridge District helped out many families by distributing food for those who needed it. This district has a much smaller community compared to other schools which is what creates a stronger bond between the students and staff. Everyone is ready to support one another through the toughest times. I was able to see the immense support for one another during my 8th-grade year when a student from the woodbridge district was battling cancer. Shirts were made that showed support and many bought them. It wasn't just our school but many others showed support, which shows how strong the school's support was since it reached many.... Senior: I like the teachers that I met. They are nice and respectful. I like how their is only 2 floors and I like how their is not alot of kids. I like their music department.
