Senior: I love how the Conway Springs schools are so invested in the students. All my teachers know me and care about me. All my classes in high school are challenging and prepared me for college. The elementary school does a wonderful job at making the foundation for the growing children. On the other hand the middle school needs some work. The classes are too easy and not stimulating students brains. As for the activities and other clubs, being a small school, it is very easy to be involved in many different things.

Senior: They are very good at working/pushing students to their best potential. I've had many teachers that have been there through all the good and bad and they've never let me down. It means a lot to me knowing I have people outside of my household that I'm able to confide in and know they'll be there for me no matter what and never judge me. The school overall is extremely welcoming to their students and they always know how to make your day better.

Senior: South Haven is a small 1A school. We have pre-k through 12 graders all in one building with classes averaging out at about 10-20 students. This allows for more opportunities for 1 on 1 learning as well as group/class activity. Also here at SHS nobody is a stranger.

Senior: I love Belle Plaine for how small of a community it is. I love that I get to know everybody and everybody knows me. It's very easy to be involved in all the different activities and community events. At Belle Plaine, I've gotten a lot of opportunities to be in leadership positions. I thoroughly enjoy our classes and teachers. The good thing about a smaller school is that you have a good chance at playing sports. On the other hand, something that I would change about Belle Plaine would be expanding its sports program to include wrestling and soccer. I have found out that a lot of kids would play those sports if they were available to them. Some people aren't great at basketball, but wrestling would be an excellent fit for them. Others may not be great at football or volleyball, but they could very well fit in on a soccer team. I believe that these programs would get more student and community involvement.
