Senior: Great school district .I like staff, administrator, and all support staff there. Students are amazing, a lot of respect for each others .I like all the activities our school district provide. It also have extra academic support available. School district have different programs like IB, AP, and AVID. These program provide pathways for success to all students. Students can get enrolled based on their skill, and goals. District also provide programs to educate parents, and also provide different resources to parents so they can help their kids too. District also have online program where students can complete their high school classes online and earn their diploma. Also, they provide summer school program where students can retake classes to earn their credits, get sum educational enrichments classes, and learn from them. Senior: Hughson high school is located in a small town including with fewer students than most high schools, this means most students know one another. Because of Hughson schools smaller environment, the culture is very welcoming at Hughson you will have plenty of opportunities and will not be left out. The community that Hughson high is located in is also very involved in its traditions due to the small town feel, such as the annual halloween parade, the homecoming parade, the fruit and nut festival, the christmas parade, the trunk or treat, and many other things. The staff at Hughson is also able to help students more one on one and form better relationships with their students because classes are smaller than other schools. Senior: I like the diversity and opportunity that is at this school. I also love the variety of classes that are available for students to take! We've got just about everything: agriculture, ceramics, orchestra, band, choir, floral arranging, art, child development, you name it! The only thing I think could be improved is the teachers. Senior: I have been going to Oakdale High ever since my freshman year, and I am currently about to be in my senior year. Oakdale High has been such a great place to hold my high school memories; everyone has always been so kind and welcoming from the staff to the teachers and to the students. Oakdale has so much spirit! My favorite part is the football games where students get to dress up and cheer for out team, and also the dances. PROM was SO MUCH FUN this last year, I just want to go back to that night. We have a great leadership class! The only thing that prevented me from giving a full five stars was that some students tend to be a bit rude, and the lunch food seems a bit odd at times.... Read 12 reviews

Senior: At Newman-Crows Landing School district we learn to come together and work together on and off campus. Clubs like FFA and PHAST allow students’ creativity to flow while making a change towards what we believe in. Senior: I like that the district offers many opportunities or classes and programs for the students to get an education. I appreciate that they recently got student representatives to talk to the board in meetings and discuss current issues that the students would like to get addressed. However, it would be more helpful to give the students something to prepare them for jobs and life outside of high school instead of just trying to get high ratings in numbers of students who continued their education by going to college.... Senior: I started Waterford Unified School District since the beginning of last year. In such a short amount of time I have experienced every emotion and experience you could possibly receive from school. I started off shy and lonely and gradually began to feel comfortable and open with others. Although, I didn't feel welcomed at first, I can say that once I allowed myself to take off the " mug look" I was holding, things began to roll. I began the school year wanting to go back to my old school but ended it loving my new school even more. I loved my experience there. The teachers were incredibly helpful and seemed to love their job, the students were kind and open, and the classes were as stress free as can be. We may not have many students and many activities because we are a very small school but the experience is all that matters. Senior: The Patterson Joint School District is an above-average School District. Everything is, simply put, "good". It's not "top-tier" by any means, but it certainly isn't terrible either.
