Senior: Russia Local School has an amazing administration staff that focuses on the students' academics and encourages full participation in all activities. We are now 1 in only 28 schools in all of Ohio that has recently received an "A" rating from the OHIO DOE for our district, excelling in Achievement, Progress, Gap Closing, Improving K-3 Readers, Graduation Rate, and Prepared for Success. We are highly motivated by excellent, well trained teachers to be successful and high-achieving students. We value our school's cleanliness and safety, and parent involvement is highly encouraged. Senior: Anna High School is a small public high school with very much interest in all things football. I enjoyed my time at Anna, however the grading scale does nothing but limit and hurt student's GPA's. I enjoyed my classes and teachers. Often times sports are number one, while choir is not very popular. Renovations at Anna high school are taking up lots of time. A complaint is the minimal parking at the school.... Read 13 reviews

Senior: I think Fort Loramie School District is a great school to be a part of. Teachers are always there to help students with anything; from family problems to homework, they are always there. Our administration is friends, family, community members, and also people from other towns. No matter how they are related to our town, they feel welcomed and fit in amazingly. Our teachers are very well educated and teach us to do our very best wherever we are in life. They prepare us for college by teaching college credit plus classes and giving us exams just as college will. I would not want to change anything about our Fort Loramie School District.... Senior: I have grown up in Botkins all my life and attended school in the district since preschool. Overall, my experience at Botkins has been nothing but amazing. Growing up in a small community has brought upon many opportunities. This community always rallies around each other in hard times and good times. Everybody knows everybody here and it is a community with open arms. Alum: Jackson center is the only school I’ve ever gone to and it will always be my home. I just graduated and will be off to college but I had a blast while I was there. One thing I wish would change is letting the kids that chose to take ccp online classes be more involved with school events. Alum: I liked that Hardin-Houston Local schools was a smaller and very tight nit community. However, during y time there it was very diversified because there were foster kids moving in and out that were from all over the state of Ohio. That was the biggest differene in my school from surrounding schools. I enjoyed my time at Houston and in the future I would potentially bring my kids here.... Read 3 reviews

Senior: It’s a good school. They have recently added many new additions to there academic programs and are constantly providing a more diverse lunch menu for students. I take one star due to individual student behavior. Just like at every school, some students experience behavior issues and take it out on other students and staff.
