Freshman: Overall Stroudsburg Area School District if a very good school district. We are the only school district in our county to have a strings program, which I am involved. Almost all the staff is nice and respectful towards the student and are kind toward everyone. The cyber program associated with the school district is not very good. I attended it for less than a school year and was very disappointed with the program and the attendance measures. Other than the cyber school Stroudsburg Area School District is a very good district. They are kind, diverse, inclusive, and overall offer a lot to any students. As a current freshman at the Junior High School, 8th grade though 9th grade. I feel that with a firsthand experience with all the staff and programs that the school is well rounded and my only complaint would be that the bullying is outrageous when it comes to mean comments and fights. Senior: East Stroudsburg Area School District is a great district for both local students and the vast amount of immigrant students we receive each year. Although I can only speak for my school, East Stroudsburg Area High School North, different programs I've been involved with like sports and leadership training have helped me to see the wider array of schools our district offers. Every facility is up to date, clean, and feels safe. The only downside I can spot within my school is the lack of diversity among the teachers. Until this year, there were no teachers of color, and now there still remains only one. Overall however, I'd give East Stroudsburg Area School District a four out of five stars.... Read 51 reviews

Senior: I think the teaching staff at Pocono Mountain is top-notch! They care about their students, and they care about the quality of the education each student is experiencing. There is always something going on, whether it is a dance, a benefit, a food drive, blood drive, or Christmas Giving Drive. The elective choices allow for so much diversity in thought and interest, and the athletic programs are widely diverse too. There are intramural programs and many different clubs in which to stay active and relevant. Senior: The Pleasant Valley School District is a wonderful public school! All the teachers are great in their fields of study, and truly want to help their students succeed. The curriculum of studies the school offers is very extensive, and allows for all students to get the best education for them. The district takes in account the parents' concerns, as well as the students'. The school has large pride in itself and all of its former and current students ranging from activities and clubs to sports. The school's culture is very positive and accepting to everyone....
