Alum: Monroe City is a fantastic place to live, the community is outstanding and very involved. Teachers work hard to make sure no student is left behind. If you are looking for a good English program Monroe City is not the place for you. There was a lot of issues With the English program while I was attending there. Do not expect to be college ready in English if you graduate from there. On the other hand the music and extra curricular activities are phenomenal. The same goes for Math, their program is probably the best in the whole school. They made math enjoyable and I lear A lot from them.... Read 10 reviews
