Senior: Overall I think the Manitowoc Public School District does a great job educating its students for the future. They provide many educational opportunities like advanced placement classes, international baccalaureate, accelerated classes, and classes at the local university. In additional they also provide many career opportunities such as youth apprenticeship, job shadowing, and work experience. The Manitowoc Public School District does a fantastic job with STEM-related fields but I would like to see more fields in art, social studies, theater and music have more resources and opportunities provided.... Parent: Valders is a district that cares about the individual student. The district has a long history of excellence in science and music. The community is supportive of staying current in facilities and technology. Evidence of success is not measured in the top scores, but in the actual meeting of every child's individual potential. Senior: I liked all of the involvement of the staff and students in the athletics and celebrated the good and helped soften the blow in the bad. I would like the resources to be used to improve all of the facilities so they may be way better in the future. Some of the teachers need to be reassessed so that the student understand and respect the teachers in such a way that the students will actually care about the schoolwork. They need to be on the side of understanding what the students need to be successful. Other than the things I have listed the school was great, the food was decent, and the culture was fantastic will a lot of the sports going to state, and other clubs being successful as well.... Senior: Mishicot High School is a great school for students. They have a high grade scale, and the teachers help you with one on one learning and also provide extra time if you don't understand the criteria. A couple things I like about this school district is they have a ton of hands on opportunities, and also clubs. They have clubs like FFA, FCCLA, FBLA, HOSA, and many others. This school always has events going on and is very welcoming to new students that come to the school. We have many great staff, and different helper teachers. Most of the teachers get you prepared for college learning with many different types of learning, and a faced pace learning technique. This school also provides duel credit classes, and also college level courses that the students can take. Overall, Mishicot High School has many opportunities and classes for all students based on what they want their major to be when they continue onto secondary schooling.... Read 8 reviews

Senior: Reedsville High school is an excellent place to be. With a population of just over 1,000 people the town of reedsville gives a down to earth and friendly environment. The school has friendly teachers and a good curriculum. They have a block sheduale which allows students to take more classes on the department of their choice.they have lots of AP and other early college credit options.
