Senior: My school experience involve many different activities. I am involved in a multitude of things including Youth for Christ Lunch Club, FFA, Art, Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band, Cross Country, Track, NHS, Student Council, Dual Enrollment, and a Mentoring Program. I also love to spend my time volunteering with various organizations and being involved in these programs. Being involved has helped me meet new people and this is one of my favorite parts about high school. I would like to see more people become involved at Ubly. I wish every student could be supportive of all the wondrous activities Ubly offers. This is something as a Student Government member, I have tried to get more people to do.... Read 17 reviews

Alum: I am currently a college student on winter break and have had the privilege of subbing for Laker Schools over the past few weeks. In this unique time, I was able to sub both in-person and virtually. Lakers is doing a fabulous job of keeping their students engaged, families supported, and community safe. The staff continues to bring their best each day, and the atmosphere in the halls remains positive. Additionally, Lakers has continued to prioritize their recent building projects. This goes to show the care Lakers has for the students and community alike as they are working to get these facilities up and running to foster student success. Students express daily excitement about these innovations. It is uplifting to see students getting excited about something unique during these unprecedented times. I am proud to be a Laker Alum!... Senior: I’ve had a great experience at harbor beach community schools. The teachers, staff, and administrators are always doing their best to ensure that we as students are learning and growing into the young adults we were created to be. I have 5 older siblings and 6 younger siblings and our experiences with the school system has been very positive over the years and my 5 older siblings have been well prepared for their future educational and career goals. Senior: Bad Axe Public Schools sets off a positive energy as soon as you enter the doors. With the amazing teaching staff in all subjects, you really get the help you need and a great learning experience. Something about the sports events gets everyone in the blue and gold spirit. From homecoming, snow carnival and any other home sport games, everyone comes together as one to celebrate for a big win! Although school lunches aren't the greatest to some, they always meet the nutritious values that need to be met. If you were to move to Bad Axe, Bad Axe Public schools is a great place to consider. The diversity allows anyone from any race to attend and feel welcomed. From my experience going here from kindergarten to my senior year (this year!) Senior: This school is exactly what high schoolers want when you think of school. There are two winter breaks, a thanksgiving and christmas break, half days every month, and the faculty is amazing! The school colors are red, white, and blue so what is not to love?... Read 10 reviews
