Senior: My school has a very well crafted relationship with its student. And has plenty of good opportunities and departments. While I cant speak much on the sports, I personally believe that the arts departments do a splendid job at inspiring students to create and grow. With a growing media department and plenty of instruments to choose from, the choices for artist of any kind are some of the best. Our choir department is one of the best in the state of New Jersey, And we often go on trips to compete in competitions. The staff is very accepting towards the LGBTQ+ community, Some even holding an after school club for students looking for support. Senior: Many teenagers would say this, "I hate Delsea, I can't wait until I graduate." But I like to differ from this because my opinion is different. I believe Delsea Regional High School is not perfect but it definitely helps the students that want it. They make sure that the school is lined up and that problems are solved when needed. They make sure to give you that support that you might need with counselors and teachers that you trust. Not only that but they want you to learn. Some teachers there are so passionate about their teaching and they want to make it excited. Delsea changed me for the better. I transferred from another school that wasn't really helping me get better. Being in Delsea helped me become a leader and strengthen my skills, as well as get opportunities to utilize skills that are my own for the better. Also, I felt included. Senior: I would overall say that my experience at Washington Township School District was very good. The best part about the district were the after school clubs and activities. There was a club for everyone and all interests. This allowed me to easily find a group of kids, who soon became my friends, who were interested in the same thing as me. Also, this gave students like me something to do after school instead of just going home and watching tv or playing video games for hours. The next best part about the school was the teachers. All of my educators were always there for me and willing to help in any way shape or form. It was obvious that every teacher wanted the best for their students and wanted to help them reach their maximum potential. There's always a smile and friendly face in this school district!... Senior: Personally, I loved the atmosphere the West Deptford School system had in place. I always felt like I was welcomed walking through the halls. The students here are kind and very hard-working. Not only are the students hard-working, but the teachers are also hard-working. If a student ever has a problem in a class, the teachers are always their to help. Even with remote learning, the teachers are more than happy to stay after school and help students with whatever they are struggling with in class. The teachers are very understanding with our situation due to the pandemic and try to involve us in every class. One thing that I would change about this school is having more options for classes. Senior: I had a great high school experience. My teachers were good and I enjoyed playing football all four years. Even through COVID, the teachers were supportive and encouraging. I would recommend WHS to any student, especially if they plan to get involved in clubs, supports or other activities. Senior: I started at Woodbury Junior High school and Immediately felt welcome. Both students and teachers greatly contributed to my positive experience. I am thankful for the AP and honors classes I had the opportunity to take through out high school. I am continually impressed by the effort faculty put in to ensure the success of their students. Teachers are going above an beyond, especially in the face of remote learning and social distancing. So many of the teachers have been supportive and encouraging of goals to become a music producer. Senior: What I like about paulsboro public school is their school spirit growing up I was scared to do pretty much anything but attending the school helped me grow out of my shell I was so bunched up in. The teachers and students are nothing but respectful to one another, it's like being with a family when you walk through the door of the school. My experience at paulsboro school taught me to not be afraid to try new things that my education comes first and to treat everyone with respect. We have a saying at our school " it's nothing greater then being a raider" everyday I read those words and it helps me get through the day. Parent: I attended this school as a child and both of my children went here as well. It’s rated 1 of the top 10 schools in nj but personally I think it’s the best school in the tristate area! They have a wonderful child study team that makes sure your child receives the best education possible, the teachers are great and the curriculum is outstanding. Their hour of code program got the attention of local news networks when it first started about 5-6yrs ago. They have tons of activities and clubs for the kids ranging from band and sports like kickball to board game and art clubs! Parent involvement is phenomenal! Parents fill the seats and standing room for events, the pta parents volunteer like this is their paying job! No matter Whether your child is gifted, average or has special needs the staff go above and beyond to make sure your child gets the best education possible. Absolutely amazing school!... Alum: I loved that Greenwich schools are on the smaller size. Since the classes are smaller the teachers get to know their students. The teachers can spend more time on the kids that may not pick up the information as fast as other kids. All the teachers (even the ones you haven't had yet) know all the kids in the school....
