Senior: From my experience at Vermilion High School, I can genuinely say that I have never been surrounded by more welcoming staff as well as students. I was a new student in the district going into my freshman year and so many people helped calm down the inevitable nerves. The staff members, not specifically just the teachers, are extremely helpful and patient as well. As someone who has struggled and sought extra help in a specific subject, I have never come across more willing and open-armed individuals. This has made it so much easier to ask for help and fulfill the education my family and I have sought for myself. Not only this but the environment of the school as an entirety is nothing but positivity. Although it sounds euphoric and almost like a scene from a movie, that really is how I would describe it as a current student. I truly could not have imagined growing up in a different environment and/or school district and I am forever grateful for Vermilion Local Schools District.... Read 29 reviews
