Sophomore: Overall, ARVA is a great school. It has many opportunities and many available courses. It’s very easy to take honor classes and to find help with them. The teachers are overall very nice. The only real issues I’ve had with it is some of the teachers don’t communicate well and some don’t know how to use technology well. Which is very important. Junior: I love that Van Buren is such a tight knit close community. Whatever the situation may be, when you’re in need of help, someone is always there to assist you. Almost all teachers within the Van Buren School District give their all for their students. They put in extra time outside of school and even show up for their students at sporting events in the community if asked to!
